The problem

Global Home Warranties relied heavily on manual and paper based processes across almost every stage of the business - from lead management and quotations through to surveying, reporting and certification.

Customer information was spread across disconnected systems and spreadsheets, while proposal forms, reports and documentation were still being manually processed and shared between teams. Surveyors working on construction sites also lacked reliable digital tools for capturing and managing information in the field.

As the business continued to grow, these operational inefficiencies created increasing administration overhead, slower response times and unnecessary complexity across the organisation.

The challenge wasn’t simply digitising paperwork. It was how to connect the entire operational workflow into one scalable product that could support sales teams, surveyors, administrators and customers through every stage of the process, while significantly reducing manual effort across the business.

What we built

We engineered a purpose built insurance workflow product that connects every stage of the Global Home Warranties process: from initial enquiry through to final certification, all in one place.

Sales leads are automatically imported and assigned to the relevant salesperson, while the sales team can manage enquiries, proposals and quotations through a single connected system.

Proposal forms and quotations are now completed and delivered digitally, removing manual processing and giving customers a faster, more streamlined experience.

For surveyors working across construction sites, we built a dedicated offline module that allows information and reports to be captured directly in the field and synced back to the central platform instantly.

Final certificates, previously printed and posted, are now generated and delivered digitally in minutes.

The result is a connected operational product that replaced disconnected systems and manual workflows across the business, helping teams work faster, more accurately and at greater scale.
